If your road is tough….
From the first of June, 2018, I started writing Good Morning messages in the form of poems (Please read: ‘Good Morning Message #1‘).
The last such message was:’Good Morning Message #176‘.
Good morning Friends
If the road that you’re on appears to be tough,
Such that you are about to give up;
Remember that beauty is just beyond the rough,
And soon it would be a time to live up.
Often the most beautiful destinations,
Are just beyond the worst frustrations.
Indeed, the way of God’s world is such,
That He compensates for when you feel deprived;
One should be thankful for His benign touch,
That in everything He gives reason to be satisfied.
You marvel, eg, at the other abilities of the blind,
And then you realise God is always kind.
When and if God puts you through a trial,
He always gives you the strength to go through;
So, at the end of it, you can still have a smile,
And discover your inner self that is so true.
You can also find out if your faith is weak,
That disintegrates when things look bleak.
So, cheer up when times appear to be hard,
These are harbingers of good times ahead;
The baby along with the bathwater don’t discard,
There is nothing to fear, nothing to dread.
God will never leave you fighting alone,
You are His child, He would never disown.
….the destination would be most beautiful.
